Terms and Conditions of Use for the polototo Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the polototo online entertainment platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services ("Platform"). These Terms take effect as soon as you access the Platform for the first time.

By using the polototo Platform, you confirm that:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated in a valid identification document;
• An active email address that only you can access;
• A valid Malaysian phone number registered under your own name;
• Exact date of birth for age verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date. polototo is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account details.

Polototo supports a range of secure deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysia users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All financial transactions must be carried out using a payment method registered under your own name.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated on the Deposit and may change from time to time;
• Deposits are typically credited to your account in under 30 seconds;
• Polototo does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit;
• Polototo reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the transaction type and account verification status;
• Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your usual activity may be placed on hold for further review.

General terms applicable to all polototo bonuses:

All content on the polototo platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and source code, is the exclusive property of polototo or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You not permitted for:

• Copying, redistributing, or republishing any content from the platform without prior written permission from polototo;
• Using the polototo trade name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform's software.

The polototo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, polototo does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Polototo is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform;
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure);
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Polototo reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.

We will notify users of significant amendments via:

• Notices prominently displayed on the platform's homepage;
• Notification email to the address registered to your account;
• In-app notifications on the polototo mobile app (where applicable).

Continued use of the polototo platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
